Song to Studio 2023 applications open

Applications are now open for the first Open School of Music's, Song to Studio experience of 2023. Running over four weekends in February 2023, participants will expand on their knowledge of chord and arrangement theory for songwriting, while learning the basics of studio recording, rehearsing, and mixing. 

This course is ideal for singer-songwriters that have written original songs in the past, can accompany themselves on a chordal instrument and have limited recording experience.

$85 (or free for pensioners, healthcare card holders or anyone experiencing financial hardship)

Dates: Saturday 4, 11, 18, & 25 February, & Sunday 26 February, 2023.

Applicants are required to fill out a short questionnaire about their writing and recording experience and submit a smart phone video or audio recording of them performing an original song they have written in the past.
