On Thursday 21 March 2024, Danish/Australian Jazz Trio from Perth, Number Junky, presented a workshop that offered insight into the area of rhythm that concerns non-isochronous meter (or odd meter). Hosted by the ANU Community Music Centre (CMC), participants from the CMC programs in addition to tertiary students and interested community members gathered in the Big Band Room for 2 hours of intense rhythmic learning. The trio performed later that evening at Smiths Alternative.
