The Director of the ANU Institute for Communication in Health Care Professor Diana Slade, and Associate Professor Stuart Ekberg (Queensland University of Technology), invite you to join us at the Australian National University, Canberra for the next IC4CH International Symposium for Communication in Health Care on Tuesday and Wednesday 14-15 February 2023.

Healthcare researchers, clinicians, linguists, communication scholars, educators, nurses, consumer health advocates, industry stakeholders and government representatives will join together for an inspiring event uniting unique participants from around the world. The event will highlight contemporary research addressing communication in healthcare through keynote addresses, speaker presentations and reflective panels.

Final date to register for in-person attendance: Sunday 5 January 2023.
Final date to register for online attendance: Sunday 12 January 2023.

This hybrid conference offers several categories of registration to maximise accessibility. 

In-person attendance

  • Two-day in-person attendance (non-ANU HDR students) -- $149 AUD

The event will be held in lower ground floor conference room of the Sir Roland Wilson Building on the Australian National University campus.
