Experiencing the Universe through an Indigenous View

Experience the skies in a new way - through the lens of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Science composed to music

Stargazing meets the Sounds of Space Project at the ANU School of Music in the iconic Llewellyn Hall. Hear talks from Gamilaraay/Yuwaalaraay man Peter Swanton on Indigenous Astronomy and experience part of the Sounds of Space Project led by the British Antarctic Survey and the ANU School of Music with Prof Kim Cunio. Hosted by Dr Brad Tucker.

Afterwards we all have the chance gaze into the skies in the lawns surrounding ANU with our telescopes.
