HRC Deputy Director involved in discussions to develop National Carer Strategy

On 17 May 2024, HRC Deputy Director Kim Huynh met with the Minister for Social Services Amanda Rishworth, Federal Member for Canberra Alicia Payne and local carers to discuss the development of a National Carer Strategy.

This follows an HRC submission that Kim and Kylie Message-Jones made to that Strategy in 2023 on behalf of the HRC.
