Presenter bio

Dr Bill Kruse has worked in native title and Aboriginal heritage since 1997. He has had professional involvement in most aspects of native title including anthropological research, heritage surveys, cultural mapping, land management and land access negotiations for exploration and mining. He has been a senior staff member for Native Title Representative Bodies (NTRBs) in Western Australia, consulted to NTRBs around Australia and has been a visiting fellow with the Centre for Native Title Anthropology at ANU, which he helped establish in 2010.  Dr Kruse is currently employed with Banarra Pty Ltd a Sydney-based sustainability consultancy firm.
